GVF signs 2020 G20 Recommendations for Promoting Innovation, Digital Technologies, and Trade

Following an invitation to sign the multiassociation Recommendations for Promoting Innovation, Digital Technologies, and Trade of the G20 nations, in advance of the meeting of the G20 Digital Economy Ministerial Meeting, GVF is now a signatory to the Recommendations.

The Recommendations relate to the role of digital technologies in promoting economic growth through cross-border innovation and trade, and encompass the principal headings: Facilitation of a Global Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak; Advancing Global Data Free Flows with Trust (DFFT); Promotion of Cross-Border Innovation and the Adoption of New Technologies; and, Ensuring the Benefits of Technology are Realised by All.
